• It will cost you 5p to join plus the cost of a rule book (currently £4.80). Cooks are also required to purchase a copy of the Food Safety Guidelines (currently £1.45). You will also need to purchase labels or packaging, which is bought in bulk by the market so that you get the best rates. As a new member, you will receive a sample pack if you are a cook, so you can decide which types of packaging work best for you.
